 Minimum qualification – Diploma in information technology or equivalent  First Degree or post graduate diploma in IT  Computer proficiency in hardware and software  Adequate technical knowledge of IT functions.  Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and make sound decisions.  Computer literate.  Ability to analyse and interpret problems/issues concerning electrical installations and office computers to arrive at solutions

• Manage day to day operation on ERP and Sales IT Support


• Ensure optimum connectivity to end users are available


• Provide off site or remote support on IT solutions


• Supporting the roll-out of new applications


• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;


• Testing and evaluating new technology;


• Providing remote assistance to staffs in all operational areas


• Communicate with IT team at Head Office and West Africa team for any IT related activities


• Periodically conduct Applications training


• Ensure minimum down time on Sales IT Applications i.e. MS Dynamics and other applications.


• Investigate and resolves hardware and software problems of customers


• Provide technical assistance to computer system users


• Answer users’ questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location


• Support technically of key business initiatives.


• Good knowledge on Org structure and working on IT Initiatives


• Working knowledge with ERP and other application like payroll, sales Apps and MS Dynamics AX and any other Mobility Solutions will be added advantage


• Managing all system  back-up and restore protocol


• Plans and supports network and computing infrastructure


• Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems


• Ready to travel 30% /Month for projects.
