• First degree in any related discipline with at least two years experience in similar role.
- Function as the bridge between Inlaks, Temenos and designated Clients.
- Actively monitor client’s open issues.
- Prioritize open issues for analysis based on client’s feedback.
- Prioritize issues in Maintenance and ensures fixes are delivered on the committed date.
- Follow-up with client for any additional information required for logical closure of issue.
- Liaise with Clients and Account/Project Managers to:
- Understand different milestones like UAT, Upgrade, go-Live etc., and keep Chennai Support Centre informed.
- Provide constant updates over conference calls or through e-mail.
- Communicate about re-schedule in the delivery of fixes, if any.
- Send Reports/Dash boards to client on a monthly basis
- Interact frequently with clients and enhance client Satisfaction
- Monitor SLA adherence levels and take correction actions where required.
