It Support Information
1. PURPOSE: (the major objective of the job)
The Call center agents shall provide assistance to customers/clients and to solving problems associated with the Internet Services the Company provides.
2. DUTIES: (the specific tasks expected of the job holder)
(a) Receive customer enquiries ,complaints and takes appropriate action.
(b) Carry out troubleshooting procedures over the phone with a client having a problem.
(c) Trains clients/customers to effectively and efficiently use the services.
(d) Gives support services to walk-in and phone-in clients
(e) Handles accounts-related problems such as billing and payments.
(f) Submits scheduled reports which will include log of all support tickets/calls received and sent out,etc.
