Conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data to indicate how well the company can position itself to greater market share.

• Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies to be used for promotional campaigns.


• Discovering effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.


• Co-ordinating all TV and Radio adverts and reviewing performance in line with strategic goal of the organization.


• Investigating the performance of the company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics


• Creating innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management for decision making purposes.


• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting


• Managing customer by developing core customers, relationship with key distributors, prospecting and developing new customers


• Creating goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels


• Helping in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development


• Ensuring effective sales management to achieve total sales, collection, and product targets


• Team management by supervision and control of activities of sales teams/sites and updating and reconciling debtors ledgers 


• Management of all promotional activities by planning, budgeting, coordinating, implementing, evaluating, and ensuring effective response


• Debt management by ensuring collection within credit period and debtor ledgers reconciled with aging


• Human resource management by training, evaluating, appraising, motivating, problem solving in co-ordination with management
