• Effective Route planning for sales team


• Managing ground teams ( secondary sales team)


• Design, implementation, and management of an efficient and effective Route To Market (RTM) structure that will drive value for our customers and retailers while optimizing cost to serve


• Develop Distributor and Salesforce capability in order to support proper Distributor management and route execution that will support product availability, trade execution, and customer profitability


• Managing Van Sales operations


• Responsible for market promotions and activations management in market


• Implementation of Sales force automation


• Responsible for retailing and handling sales teams/ promotions/ capillarity


• Collection of retail level data and measure the effectiveness of our trade execution and route coverage monitoring


• Ensure all promotion campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and are a key driver in influencing customer behaviour and driving retention


• Monitor and assess rout to market effectiveness and identify ways to improve


• Keeping a track on competition products and activities and plan proactively to counter such activities
