• Minimum Bachelor’s degree business areas such as sales, management, marketing, or economics • Minimum Four (4) years’ experience in Modern Trade or Key Accounts Management. • Experience handling Retail / Modern Trade / Key Account in any FMCG • Relevant industry background gained from a competitor or company in a related industry. • Must not be more than 32 years old • Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a plus • Experience with good exposure in Modern Trade Sales. • Display highest standard of customer relationship

• Handling Modern Trades in Big Supermarkets  and Mini Marts


• Managing trade channels with expertise in Modern Trade Business


• Monitor prices verses competition in the channel.


• Negotiate in- store display and POS materials with floor managers.


• Place all orders from internal and external System accurately.


• Monitor weekly pick-up rate of the various SKUs 


• Assortment planning across categories to ensure right mix to drive market and shelf share


• Supervising promotional activities to drive sell-out


• Managing displays & POP to ensure category dominance 


• Ensuring range and SKU level penetration and extraction


•  Annual AOP and monthly Target Achievement (Sell In)


• Benchmark competitors activities & products in the market and plan account-wise strategies on a timely basis


• Assist in New Product Launch & Competitor activity


• Supervising  stock movement in other not to get mismatch in stocks


• Perform under pressure environment. Open to travel & work in different locations
