Logistics Coordinator Information
Management - Transport
Supervises the organization and planning of the drivers / operators.
Coordinates with Managers and presents logistics support to ongoing operations.
Ensures accountable, timely and cost-effective release of equipment along with personnel. Gets the Managing Director to validate the final choice at the end of the negotiations. Manages the stock of equipment.
Responsible for processing applications and requests for Purchase Price in accordance with Internal Purchase
Analyses offers from suppliers and validates the final choice from the negotiations, in consultations with the
Writes purchase orders and ensures they are signed by the authorized persons
Handles disputes with suppliers during execution of orders
Ensures the proper execution of orders in time and quality and enforces contract terms
Follows up on supplier delivery delays
Controls and ensures that supplier invoices are in conformity Facilitates the sourcing of supplier according to business needs Maintains a register of suppliers
Evaluate suppliers based on the services provided
Manages all staff in his/her department.
(Clocking in, leave, training, welcome of new hires, working hours respected, etc.).
Makes sure that his or her staff achieve their individual goals (discussions, equipment audits, etc.).
Undertakes to share good practices and work methods with his or her team.
Performs the annual reviews of his or her staff.

Applies the agency's HSEQ policy and goals.
Takes the necessary measures to minimise risks jeopardising Quality, Safety and the Environment.
Applies the instructions as regards compliance with HSEQ rules.
Supports the HSEQ system by taking part in discussions.
Proposes and carries out improvement actions, corrective and/or preventive actions.
Undertakes to follow the training necessary to develop his or her skills.
May be required to train newcomers.
