Description
- Ensure shipment instructions are sent to shipping lines on time.
- Ensure export declarations are prepared and shared withon time.
- Ensure all sales are invoiced and shared on time.
- Ensure packing lists for all shipped orders are sent .
- Coordinate with the Quality Control Supervisor in preparation of Certificate of Analysis
- Ensure accurate shipment update report is shared with Logistics Manager, accurate trade flow report and all relevant records are maintained.
- Ensure accurate and complete accounting and internal controls on documentation turnaround time are functioning.
- Ensure all in-transit containers sail on their target vessels avoiding short shipments. Any other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.
