• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics, Mechanical engineering , Industrial Engineering • 8-10 years of experience in managing maintenance in FMCG post bachelor’s degree • Strong computer skills required especially MS Excel • Proven track record of consistent performance and career growth

• Plan, organize, communicate, and ensure execution of day-to-day maintenance activities across all factories


• Carry out routine inspections to find out and address the gaps in the maintenance works.


• Work out the plan, short and long term, for maintenance, repairs, and spare parts management for factories


• Sound experience of managing and driving preventive, corrective, planned maintenance at plant level


• Maintenance and repairs budgeting


• Spur-parts inventory planning and management


• Self-driven and motivated


• People management and team leadership skills


• Build a robust maintenance structure with skilled resources to manage various areas of work efficiently and work on developing the skills set of team members.


• Build a culture of accountability and ownership within team members


• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on a routine basis.


• Continuously work on developing robust vendor base to support repairs, maintenance, and spare parts availability.


• Hire, develop and manage career of team members to leverage their skills and drive efficiency of team members.


• Work closely with production managers and Head Of Department to continuously address the current and upcoming requirements in maintenance.


• Lead a team of electricians, technicians, electronics staff, workshop team (welders, carpenters)


• Improve the overall status in terms of capability and skills of the maintenance team members.


• Manpower Management and ability to assign workload
