French Bilingual Customer Experience
The Bilingual Ambassador Relations Representative I is responsible for handling incoming inquiries via phone from ambassadors, customers, and potential customers. The representative will answer questions, process orders, and assist ambassadors as they build their business.
In this job you will research and respond to questions regarding sales and promotions, order tracking, commissions and events. Maintain customer accounts and records by updating and notating account information. Build business relationships with ambassadors by educating them on product offerings and sales, as well as educating them about their online tools. Meet the expectation and set a first impression with the customer regarding the quality of service that can be expected from the client. Answer the phone in a pleasant and professional manner. Respond to emails in a knowledgeable, professional, grammatically correct manner. Strive for first time resolution with both calls and emails. Communicate effectively with peers and management to resolve customer and ambassador issues. Cross/ upsell products accordingly to best fit the needs of the customer or ambassador.
