• Support the delivery of budgeted profitability by growing and sustaining brand performance


• Assist in executing trade marketing plans and policies  


• Keeping abreast with  market conditions, competitor activities and promotional trends


•  Implement brand strategy to grow market share in volume and profitability


• Benchmark competitors activities & products in the market and plan account-wise strategies on a timely basis 


• Managing Promotions with chains to drive sell-out 


• Negotiating and quarterly activation plans with chains 


•  Managing displays & POP to ensure category dominance 


• Developing  and implementing  marketing initiatives


• Stakeholder relationship building ( Internal and external )


• Post-campaign reporting on regular basis
