Description
We are looking for a Human Resource lead who will plan for new staff, interview and hire them accordingly to cultivate a healthy work environment where everyone can thrive. The HR lead will also consult executives on strategic decisions affecting all management levels to create sustainable change within the company.
The responsibilities of the Human Resource Lead include but not limited to:
- Manage company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
- Onboard newcomers to the company
- Determine suitable salaries and remuneration
- Provide the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
- Develop adequate induction and training
- Supports employee opportunities for professional development
- Manages succession planning of staff
- Assist with the performance management and review process.
