Key Responsibilities:

Address client inquiries, and concerns, and provide necessary support throughout the loan application and repayment process.
Documentation and Compliance:
Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for loan applications.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
Market Research:
Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer preferences.
Training and Education:
Educate clients on financial literacy and responsible borrowing practices.
Conduct training sessions or workshops to enhance the financial knowledge of potential clients.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Collaborate with credit officers, operations, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan application process.
