The candidate will market and develop the sales activities in a profitable way and in line with the department’s strategy.
Sells the New Equipment contracts at the required price and margin levels to obtain new units agreements.
Advises the customers on the right products to get new unit orders
Promotes the products in an absolutely professional and effective way.
Maintains up-to-date technical knowledge of products
Reads and interprets architectural drawings effectively
Builds or animates good dealer program.
Understands and makes note of customer requirements
Represents the company in a very professional manner dressing appropriately at all times and using good language
Establishes the necessary file for any transaction.
Follows and ascertains the payment of any sale – monitor the collection of accounts
Reviews sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Maintain and develop good quality relationships with existing customers
Gather market and customer information and report this to Head of Department monthly/weekly.
Perform other tasks / duties that may be assigned to you by the company
