Description
- Take opening and closing stocks for Distributor
- Conduct pre-sell and route visits to assigned outlets within their territory
- Lead morning meeting discussions and performance reviews at their respective distributors
- Order generation for Distributor and outlets
- Ensure product delivery to Distributor and outlets
- Ensure all sales boards are updated daily
- Identify opportunities for new outlet creation
- Responsible for Distributor Market growth
- Ensure compliance on SFA usage for Distributor salesforce with regards to volume and CDE
- Ensure in-store execution and merchandising standards are maintained
- Submit daily and weekly sales report
- Ensure product availability
- Responsible for updating Distributor Master list
- Ensure appropriate documentation is posted on the notice boards
- Ensure compliance with TCCBCGL rules and regulations ie. RRP, Merchandising standards, POSM, activation posters
- Report all none conformances through appropriate channels
- Ensure Quality, Environmental & Occupational Safety and Health (QEOSH) and Food Safety compliance on working site
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor
