Job Summary: The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. This role combines creativity with analytical skills to ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to support product launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives. -Support content Creation
- Create engaging content for press releases, newsletters, social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and internal communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales and creative team) to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all messaging. - Coordinate media relations and manage relationships with PR agencies, journalists, and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and provide reports with recommendations.
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, product activations, and internal events. - Maintain the brand’s voice and visual identity across all communication platforms.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and digital communication strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and campaign analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of branding, digital marketing,
