JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and strategies to promote the company’s products or services. The role involves supervising the marketing team, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.


• Supervise, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to deliver high-quality results.


• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, social media).


• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.


• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.


• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.


• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.


• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.


• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and campaigns.
