A reputable FMCG company located within Accra, is in need of Brand Coordinators for immediate employment.
Job Description
As a brand coordinator, you will be contributing to brand strategy development, execution, and evaluation. Working and communicating with management to uncover new ways to promote the brand assigned to you and boost the brand’s awareness. Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities. Producing valuable weekly/monthly reports that help us gauge the effectiveness of our branding campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
At least 3 years’ proven experience in brand coordinating jobs, marketing projects, or strategy planning with an FMCG company.
Extensive knowledge of FMCG products and it’s markets
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Flexible to work on weekends
Skills
Remarkable analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Superior command of Google forms, document and Microsoft Office package
Net Salary: 3000 - 4000 GhC Based on experience
