Position Summary
The Marketing Executive will lead the overall marketing strategy for both the academy and the product distribution arm. This role is responsible for brand growth, student enrollment campaigns, salon acquisition marketing, digital strategy, and revenue-driven marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with revenue targets.
- Position the brand as a leading academy and premium distributor.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Oversee brand consistency across all channels.
2. Academy Enrollment Marketing
- Drive student recruitment campaigns.
- Plan and execute open days, demos, and academy events.
- Manage digital ads focused on enrollment.
- Track conversion funnels from leads to registration.
3. Product Distribution Marketing
- Develop go-to-market strategies for premium brands.
- Drive salon acquisition campaigns.
- Plan product launches and demo sessions.
- Create B2B marketing strategies for wholesale clients.
4. Digital & Content Marketing
- Oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Develop educational and promotional content.
- Manage paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Monitor marketing ROI and campaign performance.
5. Partnerships & Brand Collaborations
- Build relationships with influencers and beauty educators.
- Develop collaboration strategies with salons and beauty hubs.
- Secure sponsorships and brand partnerships.
6. Team Leadership & Reporting
- Supervise marketing officers and creatives.
- Set KPIs and performance targets.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years marketing experience (beauty, retail, or education preferred).
- Strong digital marketing expertise.
- Experience managing campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Creative and strategic mindset.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly student enrollment numbers.
- Product sales growth.
- Cost per lead (CPL).
- Conversion rate.
- Social media growth & engagement.
- Return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Compensation Structure (Recommended)
- Base salary.
