Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications; an MBA or Master's degree is preferred. Minimum 6–8 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, luxury services, or professional services. Digital marketing certification from Google, Meta, CIM, AMA, or an equivalent recognised body is an advantage. Demonstrated success in revenue growth, market expansion, and managing corporate partnerships with strong CRM and campaign management skills. Commercially astute, data-driven, and innovative with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Develop and execute annual business development and integrated marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and brand positioning.


• Manage all digital marketing channels — website, social media, SEO, online advertising, and email — while monitoring analytics and optimising patient conversion funnels.


• Build and maintain strategic corporate partnerships, referral networks, and workplace dental wellness programmes to expand the clinic's premium client base.


• Design and implement patient loyalty, retention, and engagement programmes in collaboration with operations to enhance patient experience and lifetime value.


• Track marketing ROI and report monthly performance dashboards to management.
