1. Overall in charge of the service workshop


2. Ensuring customer satisfaction.


3. Monthly service  reports to be  sent to  service manager


4. Daily  spares parts  sale report  send  to  service manager


5. To keep all  service  record of  2w and  3 wheelers


6. Responsible for service customers


7. To allot the  vehicles  to the  mechanics


8. Responsible for all service activities like Training mechanics, Service camps, Service network audit & Implementations, Spares availability across the market.


9. To check the vehicles to complete in time.
