A BSc. /HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related disciplines with minimum of 3years relevant Plant Maintenance experience in managing/utilizing/supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems(CMMS). Preferably in MAXIMO, SAP-PM or PRIMEVERA with proven competency managing Master Data as well as Transitional data.

Create job plans for all equipment in standard format and upload in CMMS–MAXIMO.
▪ Maintain functional location records of equipment reference to P&ID document.
▪ Establish Maintenance programs and monitor effectiveness in line with inspection frequencies in
WAGPA Regulations.
▪ Review and establish maintenance records for new equipment in the System.
▪ Analyze equipment components with OEM and facility handover package and carry out updates
to records as required.
▪ Monitors PM & CM Weekly Plans and track Schedule Compliance.
