Lead the programme strategy of the Group to deliver the right audience target.
Create programme and content policies for the Group.
Support Channel Heads and Programme Managers with research to deliver audience-oriented programmes.
Monitor and manage the strategic direction of the Channel Programme Managers to achieve Group targets and positioning for each Channel is achieved.
Advice Channel Managers of content that delivers value.
Ensure all Channel programmes and content are consistent with Group standards and meet all regulatory requirements.
Monitor and ensure effective and efficient use of Channel resources.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the effective running of the Unit.
Be in charge of coaching, mentoring, resourcing and motivating the Team into a high-performance and productive team.
Prepare and submit analytical and comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Superior and /or other stakeholders per approved Company standards.
Perform other work-related duties that may be assigned by Superior or his / her designate as and when required.
A creative and innovative experienced Communications Professional especially from a commercial electronic media.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team building / playing skills.
Be a strategic thinker and planner and must be able to manage cross-functional teams across locations.
Should be ready to work long hours for the sustainability of Channel programmes and production.
Hands-on knowledge of preparation of company final accounts.
Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
Solid knowledge in accounting software.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
Leadership abilities, problem-solving, excellent interpersonal, communication skills and be a team player.
