We are hiring a Customer Service Representative as a part of our Customer Service Department to interact professionally with our customers to respond to inquiries as needed. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
- Receive customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Processing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Ensure and provide quality customer service to all of the customers
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
