EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Management, Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in office administration or as an administrative manager or similar role.
• Must have accounting background and experience in making statutory payments, handling accounting transactions, HR and administrative tasks.
• Experience in using accounting software like SAP…etc.

Description
Our client, a Mechanical and Electrical Services (MEP) company is looking to hire a proactive Administrative Manager to help with their operations in Ghana.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and will perform various administrative/human resource and accounting tasks to support the company’s operations in the country.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing general office operations.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Recruiting, supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Responsible for the preparation and making of statutory payments i.e., VAT, PAYE, SSNIT contributions…etc. and adhering to legal compliance.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Managing office budget.
- Coordinating staff’s domestic and international transportation and accommodation arrangements.
- Preparing periodic reports to management on office operations.
- Attending meetings with management.
- Dealing with correspondence and customer queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
- Managing company databases and proper recordkeeping.
REQUIREMENT

- Excellent Communication and organizational skills.
- Must be a computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Problem solving skills.
- Able to negotiate and build relationships.
- Excellent numeracy skills and handling accounting transactions.
