The services of a competent and experienced Bilingual Administrative Officer is urgently required for a new West African Office in Accra. THE NEED TO FILL THIS ROLE IS IMMEDIATE.
Candidates must have the following:
1. A diploma/Degree in Bilingual Secretaryship from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution, such as the School of Bilingual Secretaryship of the Ghana Institute of Languages, etc. etc.
2. Must have at least three (3) years relevant continuous experience with a national or international organization.
3. Must have the skills in setting up procedures for a new office and provide direction for basic clerical and administrative requirements for same.
4. Must be very eloquent in French and English. Any additional foreign language will be a plus.
5. Must have superior written communication skills in these languages and be able to translate and interpret.
6. Must have strong organizational skills, proactive and attentive to details.
7. Must have a strong passion for record and correspondence management
8. Must be customer focused with a friendly disposition at all times.
