Description
A reputable legal services provider is inviting candidates for Regional Branch Manager position. The potential employee shall be a fully employed staff of the Company along with all statutory benefits. Candidates for this position must possess the ability to interpret financial data, innate leadership skills, superb command of English, good communication skills and knowledge of administrative processes.
The potential employee shall be expected to perform duties of a Regional Branch Manager including but not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining cordial professional relationships with clients of the Company.
- Taking charge of and supervising the day-to-day branch office operations.
- Monitoring staff performance for the purposes of evaluation.
- Ensuring compliance of the branch with regards to Company policies and regulations.
- Advising Management on employee needs where appropriate.
- Adopting strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Breaking down corporate objectives into departmental objectives for the branch.
- Adopting strategies aimed at enrolling new clients.
- Providing timely updates to clients in liaison with the Head of Recovery.
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports on all aspects of the branch's operations for the Head Office.
- Any other duties that may be instructed by Management.
