OFFICE MANAGER NEEDED
A Consulting Firm based in Accra is looking to employ a reliable, self-motivated and trustworthy individual for the position of an Office Manager.
The role shall be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the entire office
• Coordinate office activities and operations to enure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Supervise administrative staff to ensure performance.
• Support budgeting and accounting procedures.
• Logistics and Stocks Management
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as requested.
• Coordinate office activities (i.e. attendance to events, training, etc.)
• A relevant First Degree.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Good organizational and leadership skills.
• Must be conversant with Admin Standard Operating Procedures.
• Must have a flair for networking.
• Good communication skills (spoken and written).
• Must have excellent people skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook).
• Ability to drive will be added advantage.
Start Date: June 2019
Office Location: Accra
Salary Range: GHS1,000 – GHS2,000
