We are recruiting a competent Admin. Officer who has detailed knowhow and significant experience in executing the following tasks:
Administrative & Human Resource Support task
1. Manage and ensure the company's security staff runs efficiently on a 24/7 basis, with proactive measures in place for any absence of a Security Officer.
2. Prepare adequate records on security staff, knowing where each Security Officer is guarding at any given point in time.
3. Train Security staff on basic personal grooming, basic Hygiene, and how to manage confidential information, among others.
4. Manage and develop Cleaners (Housekeeping staff) in a productive and efficient manner
5. Ensure the continuous usage of Attendance Clocking in and outs for all non-Senior staff.
6. Coordinate with all Head of Departments on approved absence and compile same for database entries.
7. Manage shared staff records professionally and ensure a traceable filing system
8. Be in charge of recording occupational accidents and ensure all business units have appropriate basic first aid
