Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, capturing minutes, conducting research and reordering supplies
Follow up on members of the association for payment of dues, providing information to them and liaising with relevant persons for appropriate actions to be taken
Reach out to non-member facilities and get them to be members
Receive complaints from members and make the necessary arrangements to support with approval from executives
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate persons.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and at physical meetings.
Anticipate the needs of members and executives in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors
