Qualifications
• A Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role in management, operations and leadership.
• Must have a great understanding of general finance and budgeting, including Profit and Loss, Balance sheet and cash flow management.
• An engineering or technical background is preferred.
• Must have experience in ISO certification processes.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to build consensus and relationship among managers and employees and partners.

Description
The job responsibilities for this role include but is not limited to:
- Planning and Defining Scope of all projects to be executed with team members, developing project schedules, allocating resources and cost planning for projects to ensure to work with schedule.
- Resource, cost Planning, develop Schedule for projects and ensure to work with schedule
- Ensure documentation for all projects are in place by managing Risks, health & safety and related issues.
- Monitoring and Reporting Progress or changes in plan of projects to ensure quality of work delivery to clients’ satisfaction
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission
- Ensuring that all employees are trained on new technologies and processes as needed to keep them up to date on industry trends
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT, Finance and other departments), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Overseeing the use of equipment, materials, and other workplace resources to ensure that they are being used efficiently
- Communicating regularly with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the service provided by the company
- Reconciling monthly activity, generating month-end reports on all projects and keeping executive director in copy.
- Creating and implementing new methods of operation or improving existing ones to increase efficiency or reduce costs and developing initiatives geared towards operational excellence.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
