Assistant operation Manger work with managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently. Assistant Operation Manager make phone calls, provide customer support, and complete paperwork.
Job Role
⦁ Acting as second-in-command to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
⦁ Assisting the Manager in overseeing daily operations, coordinating various projects, supporting business development and managing resources.
⦁ You must contribute to the overall effectiveness and productivity of the company.
⦁ Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
⦁ Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
⦁ Analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Manage the maintenance of outdoor advertising operations, including mobile advertising vans (MAVs) and billboards.
⦁ Assist in resource management, including inventory control, procurement, and supplier management.
⦁ Support in business development activities, including identifying sales opportunities, preparing proposals, and client relationship management.
Requirements/qualification
⦁ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects
And tasks.
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and build client relationships.
⦁ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational and sales
challenges.
⦁ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
⦁ Must have 2 years’ experience in operations management, project management, business development, or sales is a plus.
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/management.
