Operations Manager Information
The role will provide general administrative assistance to the Commercial Operations Manager in managing the back-office work and reporting on sales, analyzing sales to measure performance, including performing market research on consumer trends and handling of internal operational processes.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy and completeness all new customer data provided by sales team on daily basis using the approved system.
- Process all customer applications of retail products including direct debit mandates and ensure effective customer onboarding within agreed SLAs.
- Provide customer services by issuing promptly customer account statements and balances; processing redemptions; executing direct debit instructions of customers and providing customer payment split schedules to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with service providers to solve all operational and customer related issues.
- Assist in conducting research on industry trends and competitive environment to improve sales initiatives.
- Assist in developing and executing new procedures and processes resulting in effective and efficient sales operations conducted with integrity.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales & operational reports as required.
