Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Be a voice in the strategic planning phase of upcoming programs
- Assist in the execution of the management plan for assigned programs
- Help coordinate and manage programs from inception to completion
- Review program designs and contribute ideas for cutting costs
- Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
- Facilitate communications between company and clients
- Track and directly report project status updates to superiors
- Help problem-solve issues and suggest ways to improve programs
- Organize, file, and maintain all current program documents
- Enter information into and manage the digital program databases
- Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications
- Help create, manage, and maintain the program budget
- Help coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks
- Report updates verbally and in written form to superiors
- Assist with field and online marketing and sales drives
- Create and manage social media pages, ensuring that they are at all times current
- Schedule and confirm deliveries to clients
- Help create and adhere to program timelines and calendars
- Schedule meetings, phone calls, site visits, etc.
- Consult with and gather information from clients, partners, contractors, etc.
- Maintain positive company and client relationships
- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously
- Ensure programs adhere to set schedules and are meeting the goals of clients
- Undertake any other program tasks as required
