Oversee the recruitment and training process for new and existing staff. • Oversee supervision of the day to day running of the daily cleaning activities and ensure staff productivity levels are kept high throughout their working day. • Assist with organisational planning of resource and procurement of supplies. • Assist with implementation of new business measures, new guidelines and strategies and ensure current business processes are working efficiently and if not, that they are reviewed with Management and improved. • Arrange and attend Open Forums at all sites at least on a quarterly basis. • Meet and discuss service standards with our key stakeholders on all sites with a view to ensuring they are satisfied with the service they are receiving. • To assist in distributing monthly and one-off requisitions, assist in procurement of materials and carrying out inventory checks on site. • To assist management in delivery of invoices and collection of payments. • To assist in completing SSNIT, PAYE and VAT returns • Make recommendations on how to increase efficiencies in order to save money, reduce cycle times and improve customer satisfaction.
