Description
- Receive payment by cash, cheque, mobile money etc. Taking cash and cheques to bank
- Issue receipts, refunds or change to customers
- Assist to carry out complete audit to prevent fraudulent acts
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Reconcile accounts with the Daily Sales Book
- Handle general account queries
- Controlling credit and follow up debt
- Responsible for contacting clients about invoices that are past due
- Check invoices for discrepancies
- Maintain a neat / clean working environment
- Perform any other duties assigned to you by your supervisors
