Accounts Management:
- Prepare renewal reports for major clients and engage them to address any impending changes to their insurances.
- Perform insurance audit and prepare summary insurance reports for new and existing clients.
- Assess clients needs before matching to insurance suitable policies.
- Negotiate for competitive premium rates.
- Manage claims portfolio of various clients
- Underwrite various classes of commercial insurances and ensured that all relevant extensions were endorsed to meet clients demands.
- Provide Quotations on all Commercial/Retail product lines, ensuring suitability with the customers’ demands and needs.
- Advise clients on risk management and assisted them to devise new ways to mitigate risks.
- Liaised with insurers to obtain agreement to claims for our clients.
Business Development:
l Prospect new clients and close business opportunities to maximize commission income and meet company’s objectives.
l Conduct market research to assist the department in developing appropriate marketing strategies
l Sell Company’s services and products directly to corporate and individual clients.
l Coordinate and work closely with appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction and incident resolution.
l Manage sales pipeline to ensure accurate and adequate leads flow to reach targeted sales objectives
l Monitor insurance claims of your clients to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the insurer.
l Manage social media platforms
Role:
The Key Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and managing a portfolio of high-value clients. This role is instrumental in deepening client relationships, enhancing service delivery, and driving revenue growth for the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and a proactive attitude toward customer success and retention.
Salary range: 4000-5000
