JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure the organization adheres to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. The ideal candidate will monitor operations, implement compliance programs, and mitigate risks to safeguard the company’s integrity and reputation.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures


• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies


• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps


• Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions


• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies


• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters


• Stay updated with changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practices


• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and other external stakeholders as required


• Advise management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies
