Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking, responsible, and motivated female Supervisor and Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance, and ensure efficient customer service at the checkout counter. She should demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cashiers and floor staff.
Operate cash registers, process sales transactions, and handle cash accurately.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for restocking.
Train new employees on company policies, cashier procedures, and customer service standards.
Prepare daily sales reports and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Support management in scheduling, staff evaluation, and store operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a supervisor, cashier, or in a related retail/hospitality role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Honest, dependable, and highly motivated.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in management or retail is a plus).
