Experience in the optical, healthcare, or retail industry will be an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Must be customer-focused, organised, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a team.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the branch.


• Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.


• Drive sales, revenue, and profitability growth for the branch.


• Ensure customers receive excellent service and a positive experience.


• Monitor branch stock, frames, lenses, accessories, and other supplies to ensure proper accountability and availability.


• Ensure customer orders are properly processed, followed up, and delivered within agreed timelines.


• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, conduct, and adherence to company policies and procedures.


• Ensure the branch complies with all operational, sales, and customer service SOPs.


• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.


• Prepare and submit required branch reports on sales, revenue, stock, and other activities.


• Work closely with the Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth branch operations.


• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, sales, and branch performance.


• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming branch environment.


• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
