Candidate should :

-  Create 100% accurate tour budgets for Tour packages every day of the week.

-  Edit and approve Tour budgets created by other staff to ensure 100% accuracy

-  Update and maintain 100% accurate booked travel document and ensuring proper funding for all Tours by coordinating wires with managemeng.

-  Coordinate drivers and Tour Guides for 100% on-time pickups.

-  Negotiate hotel prices and maintaining a log of the number of guest to stay in each hotel annually.

-  Assist Tour operations team by leading Tours as needed.

-  Review Tour Guide receipts for accuracy and integrity.

                 Candidates should reside around Nungua, Teshie, Sakumono and surrounding areas.
