Masco Foods Limited, operators of the biggest Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) in Ghana is looking for an experienced, dynamic and results oriented person to fill the position of Delivery Operations Manager.

Core Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will lead the KFC Ghana Delivery business, strategically positioning it to be a competitive player in the Delivery/Aggregator sector and supporting KFC Ghana operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Business Development and ensuring the financial viability/profitability of the Delivery Business


• Leading and providing support in the recruitment of Team to support the Delivery business


• Liaising with various stakeholders (internal/external) to ensure efficient operations of the KFC Ghana delivery business.


• Support Delivery Management System (DMS) on the implementation, data analysis and system development


• Support stores’ delivery fleet management and optimization, setup KPIs to enhance efficiency and service quality.


• Assist on regular sales forecast, data analysis for delivery business sector


• Evaluate and manage food delivery partners and food aggregators, to formulate service-level agreement (SLA) and workflows


• Support Operations managers on delivery zone mapping, allocate the best resources to restaurants by performance analysis to unlock delivery business opportunities


• Work closely with operation team to implement new delivery solutions and management tools


• Support digitalization for in-store and driver work flow, propose system enhancement, and provide feedback for system roll out


• Assist on other initiatives as instructed by Delivery Manager


• Any other responsibility so given
