• Site Identification and Analysis:
  
  
  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for new KFC restaurant locations, considering factors such as visibility, accessibility, demographics, and competition.
  
  
  • Conduct thorough market research to determine prime locations for expansion in line with KFC’s growth strategy.

  • Visit and assess potential sites, evaluating factors such as foot traffic, parking availability, surrounding infrastructure, and compliance with zoning regulations.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between KFC and property owners, landlords, and real estate developers to negotiate terms and secure favorable leasing or purchase agreements.
