• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during shift • Coordinate and supervise front-of-house and/or kitchen staff as needed • Ensure excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest concerns • Monitor food quality, presentation, and timing in collaboration with kitchen staff • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift • Manage staff breaks, shift changes, and ensure smooth handovers • Support onboarding and training of new team members • Handle cash-outs, POS reports, and daily closing procedures • Communicate effectively with the management team about shift performance and issues
