ACCOUNTANT NEEDED AT SHORNAA ISLAND AMUSEMENT PARK
About the Role:
SHORNAA ISLAND AMUSEMENT PARK is seeking an experienced and qualified Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in establishing the financial backbone of our operations. As a new and growing leisure destination, we need a finance professional who can set up robust systems, drive accountability, and ensure transparent, accurate, and compliant financial management across the park’s activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Financial System Setup & Policy Implementation
• Revenue Management & Reconciliation
• Expense Management & Inventory Oversight
• Payroll & Staff Financial Data
• Financial Reporting & Statutory Compliance
• Vendor & Contract Management
• Operational Support & Team Engagement
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting, with 2+ years in a senior role (hospitality, leisure, or retail experience preferred).
• Strong skills in financial systems setup and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
• Customer-focused with good understanding of hospitality finance.
• Leadership qualities and team spirit.
