Description
Job Purpose:
The Content & Community Officer will support the planning, creation, and management of engaging content across all digital and offline platforms for our brands. This role ensures consistent brand messaging, drives customer engagement, and assists the marketing and creative teams in delivering innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning & Creation
- Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive content calendar across all brands.
- Assist in conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and producing creative content (photo, video, graphics) for digital platforms, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Support the creative team with artwork and visual assets for campaigns and promotions.
- Continuously research trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Contribute new content ideas to maintain a consistent stream of engaging material.
Digital & Social Media Support
- Assist in scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and digital channels.
- Support digital ads campaigns by providing content, tracking performance, and reporting insights.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages on social media, Google My Business, and other online platforms under guidance.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience engagement to support content strategy.
Marketing & Customer Experience Support
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and online reputation management as directed.
- Assist in tracking performance metrics of content and campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
