A peremier nailand beauty studio based in Adjringanor,Accra, is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manageress to oversee the daily operations of our studio and deliver and exceptional client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the spa and nail studio

* Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service strandards

* Ensure every client recevies a top-quality, welcoming experience from arrival to departure

* Handle client feedback, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally

* Manage bookings, scheduling, and staff rosters

* Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety strandards throughout the facility

* Prepare daily/ weekly operational reports for management 

* Drive sales, upselling of our services, and client retention initiatives
