We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensure that all kitchen areas meet hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools. Help with receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies. Ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards are maintained. Dispose of waste and keep the kitchen area clean and tidy. Assist cooks and chefs during food preparation and service periods. Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor.
