1. Develop and implement comprehensive ethics training programs for the organization’s staff at all levels in Kumasi, Takoradi and Accra.
2. Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed
3. Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
4. Design engaging and interactive training materials (presentations, workshops, online modules).
5. Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed.
6. Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
7. Maintain training materials and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
8. Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and data analysis
10. Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed
11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
