EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• Must have a master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Data Mining, or Market Analytics.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business planning or data science within the telecom sector.
• Experience in at least three of the following areas: Business Planning (mandatory), Market Insight, Data Science, Customer Knowledge, Pricing.
• Ability to work with Python and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of telecom services including voice, SMS, data, roaming, and IP transit.

• Advanced telecom industry knowledge.
• Proven experience in training AI models to automate marketing tasks (NLP is an advantage).

Our client, a major French multinational telecommunications corporation, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Intelligence and Customer Value Management (CVM) Manager to join its team.
ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for using data and insights to support fast and effective marketing decisions, manage customer value across the lifecycle, and improve business performance through strong planning, analysis, and reporting, with a full understanding of the market and customer dynamics.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide forecasting of marketing and commercial KPIs for company budget and planning.
- Provide relevant inputs for sales forecast and network planning.
- Transform marketing strategy into measurable KPIs.
- Lead the delivery of the marketing business plan according to group and cluster framework.
- Lead the marketing business plan process.
- Provide relevant assumptions to all marketing departments to build competitive assumptions.
- Support the team in delivering business cases for products, promotions, and value propositions.
- Provide a comprehensive revenue gap analysis.
- Lead the monthly delivery of business reviews.
- Lead the marketing weekly performance analysis and inputs for the war room.
- Define the optimal pricing for all products, promotions, and value propositions.

- Ensure company pricing is aligned with company guidance and regulatory principles.
- Build the company pricing strategy.
- Explain pricing trends, taking into account elasticity and substitution.

- Develop data marts in line with OMEA strategy for business monitoring and evaluation.
